Creative Project Manager

Pay Range:$50/hr - $55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• DriveCreative Project Management: Independently own project intake, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across PR, Social, and Influencer initiatives.
• ConnectCross-Functional Teams: Align with Creative, Brand Marketing, PR, Social, Influencer, Merchandising, Production, and agency teams on briefs and executional needs.
• IntegrateCreative Development: Engage channel partners early in the creative process, including ideation and campaign planning.
• ManageCreative Workflows: Oversee the development of channel-specific deliverables, tracking progress from planning through approvals.
• CoordinateProduction & Asset Needs: Partner with teams to manage shot lists, product information, and other production requirements.
• FacilitateCommunication & Alignment: Lead project kickoffs and status meetings, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and accountable.
• EnsureTimely Delivery: Anticipate risks, manage shifting priorities, and coordinate final asset handoffs.
• MaintainOperational Excellence: Keep project tracking tools current while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 4–6 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing production, preferably within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cross-functional creative projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PR, Social, Influencer Marketing, and creative production workflows preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
