Creative Designer - Intern

At Harriet, we're building Sri Lanka's largest online fashion marketplace, bringing together some of the country's most exciting fashion brands in one place.

Every campaign, product launch, and social post is an opportunity to inspire someone to discover their next favourite outfit. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Creative Design Intern who's excited by great design, obsessed with creating content that stops people from scrolling, and eager to turn ideas into visuals that make an impact.

What you'll be creating

• Social media graphics and digital ads

• Website banners and email creatives

• Reels, short-form videos, and motion graphics

• Creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions

• Visual content that brings Harriet's brand to life

What we're looking for

We're far more interested in what you've created than where you've worked.

Your portfolio is the first thing we'll look at, whether it's university projects, freelance work, personal passion projects, or something you made just because you thought it would look cool. If you've worked on fashion-related projects, even better.

You'll probably be a great fit if you:

• Have a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills, video editing, and creative thinking

• Are currently studying, or have recently completed, a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field

• Know your way around Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

• Have a genuine interest in fashion, branding, and visual storytelling

• Think independently, generate original ideas, and enjoy solving creative problems instead of simply following instructions

• Keep up with design trends, social media, and internet culture

• Have a good eye for typography, layout, colour, and detail

• Are able to work on-site in Colombo
