Creative Designer

About The Job:

• The Creative Designer creates or adapts layouts according to project requirements and supports the successful delivery of design projects by applying their creativity and design expertise where appropriate.

Essential Job Functions:

Knowledge & Skills / Competencies

• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed
• Follow project briefs and support timely delivery of assigned work
• Ability to transform concepts into impactful designs
• Adhere to established studio workflows and best practices in day-to-day activities
• Build an understanding of client brands and their design requirements
• Use the best design methods, software and techniques to work on the project
• Good technical knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Ability to convert complex data/content into a visually engaging PowerPoint presentation that includes infographics, charts, and slide layouts
• Attention to detail, with an understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback
• Exposure to PowerPoint presentation design and print production processes would be an advantage

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification

• Graduate (Preferred: BSc/ MSc, Vis. comm, Electronic Media / any design related degree/ certification) with good communication skills

Technical Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design software like, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years work experience as Graphics Designer
• Total Experience: 3 years +

Organization Structure

• Reports to Studio Manager

Work Schedule

• Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts with rotational Off’s
