Creative Content Coordinator – Mountain Creek

Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: Marketing Director

Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding,bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.

How the Creative Content Coordinator works with the Team:

As a member of the Marketing Team, the Creative Content Coordinator will work closely with the Resort Marketing Manager, internal marketing team members, and cross-functional resort departments to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the resort. This role is responsible for contributing to content creation, creative asset development, social media execution, and brand storytelling across digital and on-property channels. The ideal candidate is a highly creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring the resort brand to life through engaging and impactful content.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of the resort’s social media channels through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and campaign support.
Capture and produce engaging photo, video, graphic, and short-form content that enhances brand storytelling and supports seasonal campaigns, events, and resort initiatives.
Assist with developing creative assets across digital and print platforms, including social graphics, website visuals, email marketing assets, on-property signage, and promotional materials supporting all resort business units.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team and resort departments to bring campaigns and promotions to life through strategic, visually impactful creative execution.

Team Member Qualifications:

Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all guest-facing marketing channels while helping evolve the resort’s visual identity and creative presence.
Contribute ideas, research emerging social trends, and identify opportunities to enhance audience engagement, content performance, and overall brand visibility.
Support marketing efforts surrounding on-resort events, activations, partnerships, and special projects through creative development, promotional execution, and on-site support as needed.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly seasonal environment while managing multiple creative projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Provide additional marketing and creative support as assigned by the Resort Marketing Manager or Senior Leadership Team.

Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Knowledge of social media, content creation and management, graphic design & general admin duties.
Comfortable in a constantly changing dynamic environment
Manage deadlines accordingly.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional nights/weekends for special events.

Passion and ability with the written word. Prior Copywriting experience for a brand preferred.
Must have strong project management skills, attention to detail, highly organized and ability to collaborate in a creative team environment.
Outgoing, self-motivated, and hard-working.
Roll-up sleeves attitude with a hands-on approach to the work
Passion for outdoor activities, especially skiing or snowboarding.
Ability to ski or snowboard required
