This is a backfill role created by an internal promotion, supporting a small team of creative executives at a major global streaming and connected-TV organization. The Creative Assistant serves as a high-level administrative and operational partner to 1 to 2 senior leaders, sitting at the center of a fast-moving content development and production environment where discretion, judgment, and follow-through matter as much as organizational skill.
The ideal candidate is someone who has already thrived in a creative or entertainment industry setting and knows how to manage complex executive schedules, shifting priorities, and sensitive information without missing a beat. They are warm and professional with external partners, proactive rather than reactive, and genuinely energized by the pace and texture of creative work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage calendars for 1 to 2 executives, coordinating meetings and calls across multiple time zones with internal and external partners
2. Track project statuses throughout the development and production pipeline using internal tools and databases
3. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process related expense reports & filings
4. Manage incoming submissions including pitch materials, scripts, and other creative documents
5. Take detailed notes in meetings and circulate key information and action items to the broader team
6. Build presentations and documents in Google Docs and Slides for executive and team use
7. Communicate professionally and consistently with internal stakeholders and external creative partners
8. Support team projects and events as needed, stepping in wherever the team needs an organized and reliable hand
Required Skills & Experience
• 3 or more years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or project coordinator
• Background in media, film, or television strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Drive
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting demands
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting creative executives or working within a content development or production context
• French language proficiency
