As the Country Manager, you'll be at the helm of our Maltese operations, with a focus on:
Strategy development and execution: You'll develop and implement the country's business strategy, aligning it with overall company objectives. This includes identifying market opportunities, setting ambitious targets, and ensuring their successful execution.
Marketplace management: In close cooperation with internal teams, you'll manage key aspects of our marketplace. This involves overseeing pricing strategies, developing incentive programs for users, streamlining driver onboarding processes, and deploying effective rider initiatives.
Special projects: You'll lead and execute impactful special projects designed to enhance our brand and market presence, such as car branding initiatives and forging cooperation agreements with venues and airports.
Policy & communications management: You'll be responsible for managing local policies and ensuring clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders, including users, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Cross-functional cooperation: You'll foster seamless collaboration with various internal teams on a day-to-day basis, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment across departments.
