Cost Estimator / Cost Analyst

About the Role: 
The full-time "Cost Estimator / Cost Analyst" will prepare independent estimates, review contractor pricing, evaluate change orders, and support cost tracking for public construction projects. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Develop independent cost estimates.  

• Review contractor proposals and pricing.  

• Evaluate change orders.  

• Reviewunit-price and time-and-material costs.  

• Track project costs andmaintainaccurate records.  

• Prepare cost reports and communicate findings to the project team.  

Required Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in estimating or cost control.  

• Experience with public construction projects.  

• Experience with unit-price or time-and-material pricing.  

• Ability to accurately review contractor proposals, change orders, and project cost data.  

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Professional certification in cost estimating or cost analysis.  

• ICEAA Professional Cost Estimator/Analyst (PCEA) or Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) certification.  

Estimated Annual Compensation: 
$140,000–$150,000 annually

NYC All Boroughs - Various Locations (This is a full-time on-site position)
