Summary:

• Duration: 12 Months
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Location: Bayport, TX
• Standard working hours (8am start)
• Occasional OT 2hrs on average, when requested

Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time cost visibility, budgeting accuracy, and financial discipline during the planning and execution phases of a scheduled plant turnaround.
• Bridge the gap between field execution and corporate accounting.
• Post-Turnaround & Reporting:
  • Final Cost Report: Reconcile all invoices against field-verified data to produce a final expenditure report.
  • Variance Analysis: Explain why the event went over or under budget (e.g., "Scope creep in Unit 3 led to a 10% overrun").
  • Benchmarking: Capture data to improve the accuracy of the next TAR cycle.

Requirements:

• 5 years cost control/financial background
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications
• Organized and structured
• Associate degree or 5 years of experience

Preferred Skills:

• Technical mastery of Excel (Pivot Table)
