We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Accounting Director to lead the cost accounting function of a global manufacturing organization.

โข Lead strategic cost accounting initiatives, process improvements, automation, and analytics
โข Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, standard costing, and overhead absorption
โข Manage inventory, fixed assets, cost variances, and month-end close activities
โข Analyze manufacturing variances, PPV, assembly yield, job lot, cycle time, and other cost trends
โข Develop COGS projections and provide financial insights to support profitability and margin optimization
โข Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
โข Support ERP upgrades, system transformation, and other strategic finance projects
โข Lead, mentor, and develop cost accounting leaders and team members

โ๏ธ Bachelorโs Degree in Accountancy
โ๏ธ CPA is an advantage
โ๏ธ 12+ years of relevant Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
โ๏ธ 5+ years of managerial experience
โ๏ธ Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
โ๏ธ Experience with ERP systems, system implementation, and process improvement
โ๏ธ Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills
