Overnight Cosntruction Laborer (Traveling Required)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworkingConstruction Laborer to join our team on an overnight construction project. This position will support the field crew with general labor, material handling, site cleanup, and other construction-related tasks while working safely and efficiently during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and physical work on an active job site
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment
• Assist carpenters, operators, and other skilled trades as needed
• Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and supervisor instructions
• Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas
• Work efficiently with the crew during overnight operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to workovernight shifts consistently
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
• Must have appropriate PPE, including work boots and hard hat
• OSHA 10 is a plus
