Event Marketing Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Be able to create the journey and event in which meet the custumer and company’s demand
• Manage the event and promoting as efficient as possible 
• Cooperate with internal and external teams to design suitable event and project
• Manage and control the stage presentation for the speakers
• Follow up the work process and summarize the conclusion to the head
• Cooperate to the supplier for the best event’s production price 
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Be able to work in other province and other time out of the work schedule
• Responsibility with high creativity to design any project
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience about marketing project or PR
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
