Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager I or II

Our trust services reach beyond traditional offerings to servicing ABS, aviation,reinsurance and funeral trusts, while our agency businessprovides solutions for escrow and other transactional needs. Our teamprovides bond trustee and agency services to municipal and corporate/ABS issuers of taxable or tax-exempt debt. We alsoprovide escrow-related, custodial and verification services to corporations, not-for-profits, partnerships, and other business entities and individuals.   

The Senior Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager role supports our Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers and working with clients to deliver the unparalleled customer experience. This roleis responsible for administrative support to existing corporate trust clients, responding to client inquiries, and providing overallassistance to the Relationship Management teamincluding; compiling performance data, record keeping, coordinating activities with operations staff, working with custodian banks and client staff, and resolving administrative and operations problems.This rolehas the ability to expand in client contact and the complexity of tasks as well as participating in cross training to learn other Corporate Trust roles.

Howyou’ll spend your time:   

·        You will collaborate with Relationship Managers toprovide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.   

·        You will use Microsoft products and UMB systems tomaintain records and execute clientrequest witha high attention to detail.  

·        You will use your communication skills to interact with client teams and internal groupsin order toidentify andprovide solutions.

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 

• You have five (5)+ years related work experience
