Corporate Payroll Specialist

Qualifications: Minimum three years of payroll experience, multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred. High school diploma is required; Associate degree preferred. Proficient computer skills, working knowledge of general office machines, excellent customer service skills, must demonstrate independent initiative, well organized individual, flexibility with schedule, team player, honest, dependable, trust-worthy, and excellent communication skills

Essential Job Functions:

• Processes and audits payroll 
• Administer wage garnishments and support orders
• Process bonus payments and retroactive pay adjustments
• Must always be professional and confidential
