Corporate Communications Coordinator
Location: Spring, TX 77389
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite
Compensation: $40–$44 per hour
Employment Type: W2 (not open to C2C, 1099, or visa sponsorship)
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Corporate Communications Coordinator to support clear, consistent communications across internal and external channels. This role combines writing and editing, digital content updates, team communications, and hands-on coordination of town halls and other company events.
Responsibilities

Draft and edit company announcements, newsletters, leadership materials, press releases, social media posts, and other communications.

Publish and update content on websites, intranets, and social media platforms.

Coordinate email communications with internal teams and external vendors.

Organize town halls and conferences, including invitations, room scheduling, catering, refreshments, speaker coordination, and travel arrangements.

Prepare event spaces and confirm that materials and audio-visual equipment are ready.

Support media inquiries, executive interviews, press events, and communication campaigns.

Assist with communication response plans and messaging during sensitive situations.

Keep messaging clear and consistent across communication channels.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Prior experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media.

Strong writing, grammar, storytelling, and copyediting skills.

Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media dashboards.

Strong organization, adaptability, discretion with sensitive information, and composure in challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting internal communications, including company-wide announcements, intranet updates, or leadership briefing materials.

Experience coordinating town halls, conferences, or other corporate events.
