Corporate Attorney (1st–2nd Year)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a 1st–2nd Year Corporate Attorney to join its internationally recognized corporate practice in San Francisco. This opportunity is ideal for a junior associate with general corporate experience representing both public and private companies.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting high-growth businesses on financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, along with strong academic credentials and training within a national or international law firm.
Key Responsibilities

Represent public and private companies on general corporate matters

Support high-growth businesses throughout various stages of development

Assist with financing transactions

Support mergers and acquisitions

Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents

Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate matters

Work collaboratively with attorneys and clients on sophisticated transactions

Manage multiple assignments while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality
Required Qualifications

JD from a nationally recognized law school

1–2 years of general corporate experience

Experience representing public and private companies
