The Streaming Coordinator will support the Content & Acquisitions Team in building, proofing, and distributing unique program strategies to increase viewership and audience share across the LATAM region for Universal + and all VOD. This position is heavily reliant in data analysis, critical thinking, research insight, and creativity. The coordinator must feel comfortable thinking for non-linear scheduling. Â
Job Duties:Â
Will be responsible for managing all non-linear programming tasks, including but not limited to scheduling in VOD Contract Management SystemÂ
Prepare and maintain rights tracker for all non-linear contentÂ
Create, update, and distribute non-linear rolloutsÂ
Maintain master schedule and titles documents assuring content is scheduled per affiliate contract and prepare episodic documents for affiliates as requestedÂ
Participate in non-linear programming strategy planningÂ
Edit and update program schedules when changes are made & if any errors occurÂ
Revise and verify Metadata and assign MPAA ratings for non – linear contentÂ
Provide support to Operations department, including following up on materials delivery for monthly content processingÂ
Participate in brainstorming meetings with programming, marketing, digital, and research to discuss content outputÂ
Create, update and maintain programming relevant documents such as affiliate and internal presentations focused on non-linear strategyÂ
Work with Insights/Research department to obtain useful data to tailor content offeringsÂ
Screening and reviewing content (inventory and potential acquisitions), and providing summary of contentÂ
Collaborating with On-Air, Media Planning, and Editorial teams to improve consumer experience Â

Required QualificationsÂ
Bachelor’s degree in media communications or relevant fieldÂ
3+ years’ experience Media, Entertainment or Advertising industries Â
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applicationsÂ
Languages: Fluent in English and PortugueseÂ
Desired CharacteristicsÂ
Knowledge/experience with the different markets including regulations, rules, and cultureÂ
Must possess strong writing and copy-editing skills Â
Possesses high attention to detailÂ
General knowledge of entertainment and moviesÂ
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment & work with tight deadlinesÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Ability to work independently under general supervisionÂ
