About the Role 

The Coordinator, Analytics (CRM) supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, reporting, and adoption of the CRM ecosystem supporting ticketing, premium seating, and service.


Reporting to the Manager, Data & Analytics, this role will assist with Salesforce administration, data quality, reporting, campaign execution, user support, and documentation. The Coordinator will work closely with sales, service, marketing, premium seating, fundraising, and other business teams to help ensure CRM records and processes are accurate, consistent, and effectively support day-to-day operations.


This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and technology, and interested in developing their expertise in CRM, analytics, and revenue operations.

 

About the Project/Venue 

The Tampa Bay Rays are developing a state-of-the-art ballpark at Hillsborough College in Tampa’s Westshore district, targeting a 2029 opening. This public-private partnership anchors the Champions Quarter mixed-use district. With 11,500 premium seats designed to set new MLB benchmarks, Legends Global seeks exceptional leaders to drive this transformational project. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce and related CRM tools.
  • Assist with user access, permissions, record maintenance, fields, reports, dashboards, and routine system updates under the direction of the Manager, Data & Analytics.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support established standards for record ownership, required fields, naming conventions, activity capture, and data hygiene.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify incomplete, duplicate, or inaccurate records and assist with corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain standard reports, dashboards, lead views, activity reports, and pipeline tracking tools.
  • Assist sales, service, marketing, premium seating, and fundraising users with routine CRM questions and system support.
  • Support CRM training and the development and maintenance of user guides, job aids, and process documentation.
  • Assist with lead uploads, lead routing, prospect lists, segmentation, and other CRM activities supporting sales and service teams.
  • Support CRM campaign setup, audience lists, workflow execution, and response tracking in coordination with marketing and revenue teams.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, list management, and other recurring data-management activities.
  • Monitor CRM data and processes for potential issues and escalate system, integration, or data-quality concerns to the Manager, Data & Analytics or appropriate technical partners.
  • Support testing of CRM enhancements, system changes, workflows, and new functionality.
  • Maintain documentation related to recurring CRM processes, business rules, system procedures, and user support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and requirements for CRM reporting and data requests.
  • Support ad hoc reporting, data requests, analysis, and special projects as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, computer science, sports management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM reporting, dashboards, data entry, data management, or user support preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, service, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to follow established processes while identifying and escalating potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with CRM campaigns, workflows, automations, or sales processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with data imports, exports, segmentation, and basic data-quality practices preferred.
  • Experience with sports ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster or comparable transaction systems is a plus.
  • Exposure to reporting or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Salesforce certification or interest in pursuing Salesforce certification is a plus.
  • Experience in sports, live entertainment, ticketing, hospitality, fundraising, or another consumer-focused environment is a plus.

 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

  • Role requires regular on-site presence to support project launch, client partnership, team leadership, and venue-related activity.
  • Ability to work both traditional and non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules as business needs require.

COMPENSATION
