- B.E. / B. Tech degree in Automation/Mechatronics & Controls Engineering from reputed institutions
Experience requirements
- 7-8+ years of experience in Control Systems Engineering for Mining Trucks, Earthmoving Equipment, Off-Highway Vehicles, Mobile Equipment, or Industrial Automation applications. Mining industry added advantage.
- Strong expertise in PLC, ECU, HMI, and SCADA software development, integration, and commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with CODESYS-based controllers (IFM preferred) and IEC 61131-3 programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of developing and validating control functions for powertrain, hydraulic, electrical, and battery-electric vehicle (BEV) systems.
- Good understanding of functional safety concepts, safety-critical control systems, and safety function implementation.
- Knowledge of SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing, verification, validation, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of vehicle communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, J1939, Ethernet, and Modbus.
- Knowledge of diagnostics development, calibration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with safety industry standards such as ISO 13849, IEC 61508, and ISO 26262.
- Knowledge of control system architecture, requirements management, system integration, and Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, MATLAB/Simulink, and requirements management tools.
- B.E. / B. Tech degree in Automation/Mechatronics & Controls Engineering from reputed institutions
- 7-8+ years of experience in Control Systems Engineering for Mining Trucks, Earthmoving Equipment, Off-Highway Vehicles, Mobile Equipment, or Industrial Automation applications. Mining industry added advantage.
