Pay Rate: $50.00–$54.50/hour
Duration:6 Months+
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overview Seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to manage a high-volume portfolio of entry-level sales positions. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offers and pre-onboarding, while partnering with hiring managers and a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Talent Acquisition vendor to ensure efficient hiring processes and a positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions and competing hiring priorities.
- Strong sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance, confidentiality, and onboarding requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process improvements.
- Manage a high volume of entry-level sales requisitions throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies, candidate requirements, sourcing plans, and interview timelines.
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and talent communities.
- Develop candidate pipelines through partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce development programs.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, offer recommendations, negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Partner with the MSP Talent Acquisition vendor and TA coordinators to manage requisitions, candidate progress, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline activity.
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes.
- High-volume recruiting experience supporting sales or customer-facing positions.
- Experience partnering with MSP or outsourced Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience building campus recruiting and workforce development pipelines.
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement.
