Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily contract operations and provide IT business support.
Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data; create presentation materials for management.
Enter contract financial liabilities into theATRIUM tool.
Coordinate contract renewal analysis and financial reviews for IT operations.
Maintain annual Operational Expense budgets and compile financial status reports.
Monitor Purchase Orders and resolve issues with vendors regarding invoices and accruals.
Analyze spending and forecasting for appropriate change controls and escalation reporting.
Lead meetings to coordinate and document changes to IT contracts.
Present data to managers and directors to aid in decision-making.
Develop communications to summarize analyses and discuss recommendations with peers and executives.
Facilitate problem-solving sessions with diverse teams.
Collaborate with leaders to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
Work with data management and financial analysis teams to build new tools and reports inPower BI.
Extract data fromSAP for business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

5 to 8 years of related work experience in contract and financial management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level skills inExcel.
Experience in structuring contract agreements and basic financial modeling.
Ability to present to leadership and develop impactful PowerPoint slides.
Nice to have: Experience withPower BI and a valid CA driver’s license.
