Leave of Absence Specialist – Contract
- United States (nationwide)
- Remote — M-F, 8AM-5PM in the employee's time zone
- Must have extensive experience with multi-state FMLA administration — full lifecycle, from initial notice through return to work
- Other core skills
- ADA interactive process and reasonable accommodations
- STD, LTD and workers' compensation coordination
- HRIS and leave-management systems — intake, tracking, reporting
- Excel — weekly LOA status reporting and compliance audits
