Job Purpose:
- The Contract Coordinator will be a member of Quality Assurance Team supporting customers, Corporate Sales and internal operations.
- The Contract Coordinator interfaces with sales and operations teams with key responsibilities supporting rebate payments to customers, triaging rebate payment related questions and maintaining a highly detailed process.
- Work cross-functionally with the Rebates and Fees team, Pricing and Contracting teams, Global Business Support as well as other divisions to ensure effective, accurate and consistent workflow.
- Communicate with the Sales organization and customers regarding rebate payment documentation.
- Prepare final customer facing documentation of rebate payment and submit payment requests through Accounting on a weekly basis in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments.
- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- Support rebate payment and ad-hoc information requests from the Sales organization and/or customer.
- Manage rebate payment transactions through completion, including reviewing payment information, coordinating check, ACH, and credit memo processing, and ensuring required activities are completed within established timelines.
- Perform quality checks on payment information, customer-facing documentation, recipient information, and supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in business-related field
