Details for Role:
Role will support Client's Contingent Workforce Management team. Seeking candidates with knowledge and experience with professional services firms, contingent labor, international/cross-border labor, and communication with senior-level candidates and stakeholders. End-to-end lifecycle contractor management. Knowledge of recruiting, contingent, and deployment systems a plus.
Work you will do:
Role will support Client's Contingent Workforce Management team to source and onboard highly specialized contract talent including sr. executives and international talent
Support end-to-end lifecycle contractor management including developing SOWs and sourcing strategy with project stakeholders
Support project team by reviewing contracts and staff augmentation job postings to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Provide detailed summaries and recommendations to project stakeholders
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to address contract-related inquiries and concerns
Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes
Qualifications:
Fieldglass experience and process management is a must
