- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting communication across all Paul Davis servicesÂ
- Facilitate work authorizations and disposal approvals with clients as neededÂ
- Scheduling and coordination of jobsÂ
- Supervise and support field technicians to ensure daily goals and performance expectations are metÂ
- Â Plan job sites and order supplies while managing labor and material budgetsÂ
- Ensure ERT technicians are prepared each morning with proper equipment, materials, and clear directionÂ
- Train and support team members in contents handling, including cleaning, wrapping, packing, hauling, and safe lifting practicesÂ
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Estimators, Contents Crew Chiefs (CCC), and Technical SpecialistsÂ
- Complete required TPA/insurance documentation, including accurate RMS notes
- Upload job photos daily to The Huddle (SharePoint) as neededÂ
- Oversee Assured Software reports, including downloading, sharing with homeowners, and distributing to internal team membersÂ
- Monitor RMS to ensure accuracy and daily updates, including:Â
- Â Equipment trackingÂ
- Â Compliance task completionÂ
- Â Daily job file updatesÂ
- Â Partner with the Shop Manager to manage equipment tracking (check-in/check-out)Â
- Â Complete final walkthroughs and obtain Certificates of Completion from clientsÂ
- Â Accurately track time daily, assigning labor to the appropriate jobs Â
- Assist clients with retrieving and managing contents from storageÂ
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or COO
