Content Designer

Summary:

The role involves designing and building immersive eLearning modules, engineering high-quality video and audio assets, and utilizing AI tools to create engaging digital learning experiences. The position requires managing content production workflows, ensuring quality assurance, and deploying content on LMS platforms while maintaining AI governance. The candidate will also analyze content performance and maintain a component library for efficiency and consistency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build immersive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, ensuring mobile-responsiveness and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Engineer high-quality video and audio assets using Synthesia, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
• Utilize LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for storyboarding, script drafting, and content chunking while maintaining Intuit's voice and tone.
• Apply advanced instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) for engaging, scenario-based digital learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain a component library of reusable assets, templates, and AI prompts.
• Manage the content lifecycle through a structured production workflow.
• Implement rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) protocols, including technical testing and content accuracy checks.
• Coordinate review cycles with SMEs and stakeholders using Articulate Review 360.
• Ensure adherence to Intuit Content Standard (ICS) and Brand Identity guidelines.
• Partner with LMS administrators for seamless SCORM/xAPI integration and data tracking.
• Maintain AI ethical standards, ensuring generative content is vetted for bias and accuracy.
• Analyze content performance data (L1-L2) for iterative updates and maintenance cycles.
• Monitor AI efficiency gains and audit the content library for relevance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in building expert-level eLearning in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• High proficiency in graphic design, interactive triggers, and variables.
• Experience using Synthesia for video production and LLMs for instructional design workflows.
• Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Camtasia) and audio editing.
• Expertise in SCORM/xAPI standards, LMS deployment, and cross-device testing.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with data tracking and reporting, able to compile and present accurate metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
