Content Creator / Customer Support

Devsinc is looking for a Content Creation professional for Voosha, its creator marketplace product. This hybrid role is for someone who loves social media and people. You’ll create and manage content, handle queries from brands and creators, and help grow the Voosha community through outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Come up with new content ideas, trend-based posts and engagement formats, and suggest creative ways to attract and engage brands and creators
• Manage Voosha’s social media pages: posting, engagement and community replies
• Create day-to-day content (stories, reels, posts) with the design and video team
• Respond to brand and creator queries across DMs, email and WhatsApp
• Reach out to brands and creators to onboard them onto the platform
• Support brand-creator PR activities, collaborations and events
• Track feedback and common issues and share them with the team

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content or customer support
• Understanding of how brand-creator collaborations and influencer PR work
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• A creative, self-driven thinker who regularly brings new ideas to the table
• Comfortable on camera is a plus
• Organized, responsive and good at following up
