Content communication and AI Solution Specialist ( Chief Manager / AVP – based on experience)

About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced AI Program Manager / AI Innovation Lead to identify, evaluate, implement, and scale AI-driven business solutions across learning, sales enablement, marketing, customer engagement, operations, and productivity functions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Product Management, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Program Delivery, with the ability to drive AI adoption and business value realization across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions to solve business challenges across learning, sales enablement, marketing, customer engagement, operations, and productivity.
• Lead end-to-end AI projects from ideation, business case creation, PoC development, stakeholder alignment, implementation, user adoption, and impact measurement.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and success metrics while ensuring timely execution.
• Develop AI product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and ROI.
• Research emerging AI technologies, GenAI models, Agentic AI, Automation, Computer Vision, Voice AI, and assess enterprise applicability.
• Build rapid prototypes and MVPs using AI platforms, APIs, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Communication teams to create AI-driven customer engagement, personalized campaigns, digital content, and productivity solutions.
• Drive organization-wide AI adoption through awareness sessions, internal marketing campaigns, change management, and capability-building initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and external partners to ensure successful deployment.
• Manage external AI vendors, negotiate commercial engagements, and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Define KPIs, monitor adoption, measure business outcomes, and continuously optimize deployed AI solutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation by conducting hackathons, innovation challenges, and technology showcases.

Qualifications:
Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Automation, Machine Learning, and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, LangChain, n8n, Make, and API integrations.
• Strong project management experience managing cross-functional technology projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong product and solution-thinking capabilities with experience converting business requirements into scalable AI products and enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, user adoption, product positioning, internal communication, and go-to-market planning for AI solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, business consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Relevant Work Experience

• 5–7 years of overall experience with at least 3–5 years in AI, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Technology Consulting, Innovation, or Automation initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to marketing technology, digital campaigns, or customer engagement platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience in BFSI/Insurance is preferred but not mandatory.

• Comfortable presenting business cases and AI strategies to senior leadership.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Product Management, Microsoft AI, Google AI, Azure AI, AWS AI, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of UI/UX, digital marketing, customer journey mapping, and design thinking is preferred.
