JOb Title- Contact Center Cust Serv Coordinator 
Project Duration: 3 Months+ Contract
Location: Fremont, MI (0nsite)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Job Summary

Support Client Nutrition’s Parents Resource Center (PRC) by engaging consumers and healthcare professionals (HCPs) through phone, email, SMS, and digital channels. Responsibilities include HCP outreach, sample program coordination, gathering consumer feedback, and supporting nutrition product education and research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer and HCP outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels.

• Recruit healthcare professionals for sampling, educational, and research programs.

• Coordinate HCP sample requests, fulfillment, and reorder tracking.

• Gather consumer and HCP feedback through surveys and engagement activities.

• Support educational materials, starter kits, and coupon programs.

• Maintain accurate records and share insights with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer and systems proficiency.

• Customer service or healthcare-related experience is a plus.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
