Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedClaims Associate – Consumer to support a high-volume claims processing environment. This is a100% remote position requiring previous Property & Casualty claims experience, an activeProperty & Casualty license, and bilingual communication skills.

Candidates must be fluent inEnglish and either Spanish or Portuguese.

The assignment will be continuously evaluated based on business needs and individual performance.

Work Schedule & Location

• Work Model: 100% Remote

• Preferred Time Zones: Eastern or Central

• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

• Workweek: 40 hours

• Overtime: May be available depending on business needs

• Candidates in California or New York are not preferred for this assignment.

Training Schedule

• Training Start Date: Monday, October 12, 2026

• Training Duration: 1 week

• Training Days: Monday – Friday

• Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

• Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Schedule After Training

Following training:

• Standard hours of operation are8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

• Some flexibility with start and end times may be available depending on performance.

• Associates will work an 8.5-hour total shift, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

• Standard workday consists of 8 paid hours.

• Monday – Friday, 40-hour workweek.

• Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Key Qualifications

• Previous experience working in ahigh-volume, fast-paced claims processing environment.

• ActiveProperty & Casualty license.

• Must be fluent inEnglish and either Spanish or Portuguese.

• Strong claims review, processing, and documentation skills.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to navigate and work within multiple systems simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.

• Ability to meet established productivity and performance expectations.

Remote Work & Internet Requirements

Candidates must have a dedicated home working environment that meets the following requirements:

• High-speed broadband internet service.

• Minimum25 MB/sec download speed.

• Minimum8 MB/sec upload speed.

• Computer must be able to connectdirectly to the home router.

• Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for this assignment, regardless of internet speed.

• Candidates must be able to maintain a reliable wired internet connection throughout the workday.

Company equipment will be provided, including:

• Desktop computer

• Monitors

• Keyboard

• Mouse

• Headset

• Required cables

Depending on equipment delivery timing, candidates may need to use a personal device to attend the beginning of training.
