Role & Responsibilities

• Support the project manager with daily coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks

• Conduct research on global institutional investors and the emerging manager landscape (hedge funds, private markets, etc.)

• Schedule meetings with external stakeholders and prepare clear meeting memos

• Develop and maintain content for external websites and project communications

Requirements

• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-through

• Strong research abilities using online sources and professional databases

• Solid analytical and presentation skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent English (native-level preferred)

• Japanese language skill is a plus; ability to read/write efficiently using translation tools is sufficient
