Description

We are looking for an experienced Consultant with strong expertise in Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS to provide L2/L3 application support in a laboratory environment.

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS.
• Troubleshoot application, instrument connectivity, user access, and data processing issues.
• Manage user roles, groups, security, and system administration activities.
• Support incident, service request, change, and problem management processes.
• Perform application monitoring, health checks, backup/restore, and DR support.
• Support upgrades, migrations, validation, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with laboratory users, IT teams, and vendors.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Thermo Fisher Chromeleon CDS.
• Strong L2/L3 application support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with application administration, user access, security, monitoring, backup/restore, and DR support.
• Exposure to upgrades, migrations, validation, and compliance activities.
• Strong coordination skills with laboratory users, IT teams, and vendors.
