Must have skills:
(1) Program Management - Product manager/Owner/Leader, Stakeholder management, Risk Management, Cross functional Leadership, Portfolio governance
(2) Experience in Leveraging AI and Gen AI enabled tools
(3) Experience in product life cycle across various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Waterfall and Kanban. Also, to be proficient in scrum framework, defining sprints, defining backlogs under agile team collaboration

Good to Have Skills:
AI and Generative AI enabled tools
Experience in collaborating diverse stakeholders

Detailed Job Description:
A program manager oversees a group of related projects to help a company reach its largescale business goals. While a project manager focuses on the daily tasks of a single project, a program manager looks at the big picture. They manage how multiple interconnected projects work together. Key Responsibilities are Strategic Alignment, Managing Dependencies, Resource Sharing, Risk Management

Minimum years of experience: 10+ years

Education: Bachelor’s / Masters

The top 3 responsibilities would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
