Role: Senior Consultant

Location:   Sydney

Salary: AUD $100,975 -$115,550Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Performance testing, analysis (client side and server side) with performance testing tools like HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.  

  1. Non-functional requirements gathering, test strategy and test Design; experience in preparation and execution of Performance test scripts. 

  1. Participate in up front Application and technology requirement gathering, Design and Functionality reviews when required, to drive the quantitative definition of Performance Requirements.  

  1. Debugging of performance scripts, identification of performance issues using monitoring tools; Interaction with various stake holders for performance issue resolution  

  1. Develop Work-Load Patterns, Performance Strategy and implement them. 

  1. AWR report analysis, Identify Bottlenecks by analyzing various server reports and Logs, GC analysis, optimum Infrastructure etc. 

  1. Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. 

  1. Ability to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills. 

  1. Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams. 

  1. Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends  


Essential:

  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. 

  • At least 9 years of experience with Information Technology. 

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering  

  • 8 years of experience in test strategy and test Design, test execution, Monitoring, analysis & reporting. 

  • At least 8 years of experience in one or more scripting languages which required for performance Testing. 

  • Tool experience – Load runner, JMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics is must. 

  • Ability to work within Agile team - collaborating with Product owners/business analysts and developers to understand requirements.  

  • Ability to perform Design and Code inspections and recommend working solutions. 

  • Good Communication and Analytical skills  

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. 

  • Track offshore delivery of multiple teams.  


Preferred:

  • Experience with banking domain is preferable. 

  • End to end test management skills. 

  • Extremely strong business communications and client coordination
