Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior SAP S/4 Hana FICO Consultant with strong expertise insupport and issue resolution across SAP Finance and Controlling modules.- ProvideL2/L3 support for SAP S/4 Hana FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, etc.)
- Bank interfaces for payment processing and reconciliation.
- Third-party tax engines (e.g., Tax mark Vertex, Avalara ).
- Integration withvendor/customer master data andtax reporting.
- Vendor portals,e-invoicing platforms, andexternal reporting tools
- Support formonth-end/year-end closing andasset reconciliation.
- Familiarity withasset reporting tools andaudit compliance.
- Analyse and resolvefunctional issues, errors, and incidents reported by end-users.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Performroot cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Supportmonth-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain documentation for support activities, configurations, and resolutions.
- Participate insystem upgrades, patching, and testing.
- Provide training and guidance to junior consultants and end-users.
