Techno Functional- Oracle Fusion Finance & Procurement

Skills:

· Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance & Procurement

· Oracle EBS Finance / Procurement

· Strong Techno-Functional expertise across:

· Purchasing (PO)

· Accounts Payable (AP)

· Accounts Receivable (AR)

· General Ledger (GL)

· Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and Oracle PaaS

Experience:

· Minimum 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience

· Minimum 2+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience

· OR Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EBS Finance/Procurement implementation experience with exposure to Fusion migration programs

· Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation or Oracle EBS to Fusion migration project

Responsibilities:

· Lead business process analysis, solution design, and Oracle Fusion implementation activities across PO, AP, AR, and GL modules.

· Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and define target-state business processes in Oracle Fusion.

· Analyze existing Oracle EBS customizations, reports, extensions, interfaces, conversions, and workflows.

· Solutionize and rationalize 380+ Oracle EBS add-ons and define the optimal migration approach:

o Standard Fusion functionality

o Fusion Extensions

o OIC Integrations

o Reports and Analytics

o Workflow redesign

o Retirement of obsolete customizations

· Prepare functional and techno-functional design documents.

· Collaborate with business users, architects, technical teams, and offshore delivery teams.

· Support configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare activities.

· Coordinate with cross-functional tracks and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

· Drive issue resolution, scope management, status reporting, and solution governance throughout the project lifecycle.

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Functional Expertise

· Strong implementation experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS Finance/Procurement modules:

o Purchasing (PO)

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o General Ledger (GL)

· Strong understanding of Oracle EBS customizations and their mapping to Oracle Fusion capabilities.

· Experience performing Fit-Gap analysis and solution design for ERP transformation programs.

· Knowledge of Oracle Fusion functional architecture, business processes, and data models.

Technical & Integration Knowledge

· Technical & Integration Knowledge

· Experience working with:

o REST and SOAP APIs

o FBDI

o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

o Oracle BI Publisher reports

· Understanding of Oracle Fusion extensions, integrations, workflows, and reporting frameworks.

· Ability to work with technical teams to design and deliver integrations and extensions.

Additional Skills

· Experience with EDI and third-party system integrations is an advantage.

· Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Business-level Japanese communication skills (written and verbal).

· Ability to work effectively in multicultural onsite-offshore delivery environments.

Oracle E-Business Suite（EBS）の既存資産やカスタマイズを分析し、Oracle Fusion Cloudの標準機能、拡張機能、システム連携などを活用した最適な移行方針を策定します。また、お客様、業務部門、アーキテクト、技術チーム、オフショアデリバリーチームなどの関係者と連携し、業務・技術の両面からプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

職務内容：

  • PO、AP、AR、GL領域における業務プロセス分析、ソリューション設計、およびOracle Fusion導入活動をリードする。
  • Fit-Gap分析を実施し、Oracle Fusion CloudにおけるTo-Be業務プロセスを定義する。
  • Oracle EBSの既存資産（カスタマイズ、帳票、拡張機能、インターフェース、データ移行、ワークフロー）を分析し、380件以上のアドオンを整理・統廃合したうえで、最適な移行方針を策定する。
  • 既存資産やアドオンについて、Oracle Fusion Cloudの標準機能・拡張機能、OIC連携、レポート／分析機能、ワークフローの再設計などを検討し、不要なカスタマイズの廃止を含む最適なソリューションを設計する。
  • 業務設計書および機能設計書を作成する
  • 業務部門、顧客、アーキテクト、技術チーム、オフショアデリバリーチーム、および他領域のチームと緊密に連携し、プロジェクトを成功に導く。
  • 設定、テスト、データ移行、本番展開、ハイパーケア（導入後集中支援）を支援する
  • プロジェクトライフサイクル全体を通じて、課題解決、スコープ管理、進捗報告、およびソリューションガバナンスを推進する。
