Role – Product Owner - French Speaking
Location– Brussels

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedProduct Owner with strongPostal and Logistics domain expertise andfluent French language skills to lead product development initiatives and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, prioritizing business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions that address operational and customer needs within the postal and logistics sector.

This role requires to be working at the office at least 3-4 days a week.

Key Responsibility
 
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, aligning business goals with customer and operational requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders across postal, parcel, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners.
  • Drive product strategy, product lifecycle management, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, product demonstrations, and release planning activities.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, testing, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Ensure solutions comply with postal industry regulations, operational processes, and service-level requirements.
 

 

Mandatory requirements
Product Owner expertise
  • Proven experience as aProduct Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership role.
  • Strong experience working inAgile/Scrum environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and drive product delivery.
  • Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and business value realization.

Postal & Logistics Domain Knowledge

  • Deep understanding ofPostal Services, Parcel Delivery, Courier Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Last-Mile Delivery processes.
  • Experience working with major postal or logistics organizations.
  • Knowledge of logistics technology platforms, transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), or parcel management solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within postal and logistics organizations is highly desirable.

French Language Skills

  • Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Ability to conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and product presentations in French.
  • Comfortable working directly with French-speaking business users and leadership teams.
