Role Overview

We are looking for alocal Danish-speaking Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge inDanish Life & Pension. The candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to support core pension platform initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and documentbusiness requirements for core Pension platform initiatives.
• Drive workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements intouser stories and functional specifications.
• Perform impact analysis forpension product, regulatory, and PAL Tax-related changes.
• Support business processes related to:

  • Claims
  • Benefits
  • Taxation
• Collaborate withBusiness Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Act as a bridge betweenbusiness and technology teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute toprocess improvements, production support, and continuous business value realization.
