Job Description
We are looking for aSenior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise inReact, JavaScript and TypeScript, along with working knowledge ofJava/Spring Boot and AWS cloud technologies.
Your primary focus will be frontend development, working closely with the Lead Developer as a core part of the delivery team. You will have a strong understanding of the interaction betweenfrontend, backend and cloud components, actively contributing to technical designs and improvements. You will also support Java-based backend and AWS cloud development when required.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain frontend applications usingReact, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Design and implementcloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Build, integrate and maintainREST and GraphQL APIs and external integrations.
- Ensure applications meet requirements forsecurity, scalability and performance.
- Deploy, operate and maintain applications within a cloud environment.
- Contribute toJava/Spring Boot backend development and cloud components as required.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring, particularly around frontend architecture and development.
- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders across the full technology stack.
Required
- Minimum7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience inReact.
- Expert-level proficiency inReact, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience withAWS cloud services and cloud architecture.
- Good working knowledge ofJava and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of the integration betweenfrontend, backend and cloud services.
- Experience withREST APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with state management technologies such asRedux.
- Experience withtest automation and testing frameworks, such asJest and Cypress.
Highly valued experience:
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- MongoDB, Docker and Git.
- Developing or maintaining map-based applications/tools.
- Using AI-assisted development tools such as AWS Kiro.
- Efficiency and cost engineering.
