Job Description
ob Summary
We are looking for an experiencedJava / Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable enterprise applications and services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, and modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications usingJava and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrateRESTful APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and efficient code following development best practices.
- Troubleshoot application defects, production issues, and performance problems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and external systems.
- Participate incode reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA teams, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical design, documentation, estimation, and solution discussions.
- Support application releases and production deployments when required.
- Work withinAgile/Scrum development environments and actively participate in sprint activities.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience withJava.
- Strong knowledge ofSpring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Experience developingREST APIs and microservices.
- Experience withSQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge ofJPA/Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks.
- Experience withMaven or Gradle.
- Experience withGit and source code management.
- Strong understanding ofObject-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
- Experience withunit testing frameworks, such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Understanding of application security, exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
