AI Engineers / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Primary Skills Required and Responsibilities
Agentic System Development: Design, build, and optimize complex multi-agent workflows, state management systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers utilizing frameworks like the Agent Development Kit (ADK).
- Connective Tissue & Integration Engineering: Code the API integrations, databases, and middleware that connect Google's GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, Vertex AI Agent Engine) to the customer’s live legacy systems, data silos, and security perimeters.
- RAG & Vector Pipeline Construction: Architect and implement pipelines for structured and unstructured data, utilizing vector databases, search engines, and advanced RAG architectures to ground the agent in enterprise truths.
- Evaluation & Observability Frameworks: Build automated testing, evaluation pipelines, and observability tracing (e.g., tracking latency, token usage, hallucination metrics, and response accuracy) to ensure the system is enterprise-ready.
- Product Feedback Loop: Function as an embedded field researcher, documenting operational friction and real-world deployment challenges to feed direct technical insights back to Google Cloud product and engineering teams.

•統合基盤・連携開発（Connective Tissue & Integration Engineering）: API連携、データベース、およびミドルウェアの開発を担当し、Googleの生成AIツール（Gemini、Vertex AI Agent Engineなど）と顧客の稼働中のレガシーシステム、データサイロ、およびセキュリティ環境を接続する。
• RAGおよびベクターパイプライン構築（RAG & Vector Pipeline Construction）:構造化データおよび非構造化データ向けのパイプラインを設計・実装し、ベクターデータベース、検索エンジン、高度なRAGアーキテクチャを活用して、エージェントが企業データに基づいた回答を生成できる環境を構築する。
•評価および可観測性フレームワーク構築（Evaluation & Observability Frameworks）:自動テスト、評価パイプライン、および可観測性トレーシング（レスポンス遅延、トークン使用量、ハルシネーション指標、回答精度などの測定・監視）を構築し、エンタープライズレベルで利用可能なシステム品質を確保する。
•プロダクトフィードバックループ（Product Feedback Loop）:顧客環境に組み込まれたフィールドリサーチャーとして機能し、運用上の課題や実環境での導入・展開における問題点を文書化するとともに、Google Cloudの製品チームおよびエンジニアリングチームへ技術的なフィードバックを提供する。
