Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources and ensures the project teams are provided the resources and support that enable the teams to reach their defined objectives. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation and status reports. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction project best practices.

1. Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person
responsible for). Sagamore Wind Project & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) initiatives focus on multi-
hundred-megawatt storage additions in New Mexico/Texas. Key Responsibilities: Oversight: Provide
oversight to the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors to ensure compliance with
contract requirements. Technical Recommendations: Offer technical recommendations on electrical
activities during construction. Electrical Work: Experience with Battery and Electrical. Oversee low and
medium voltage work, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Verification: Ensure that all electrical work
meets the required standards and specifications. Safety Oversight: Maintain a strong focus on safety,
ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices. This role is crucial for ensuring the
successful and safe execution of the electrical components of the BESS project at Sagamore Wind Farm.

What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications (technology/application/software, etc.) required? Electrical
Experience: 7-10 Years of Experience: Extensive experience with low and medium voltage electrical work.
Specific experience within the Civil and Electrical discipline for solar construction is nice to have. Safety
Expertise: Safety Champion: Must prioritize and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all activities
adhere to safety regulations and best practices. Educational Background: Electrical Engineering Degree: A
bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is highly preferred, though not required. General Electrical
Experience: 7+ Years of Experience: A strong background in electrical work, with at least 7 years of
experience, is essential. These skills and qualifications are crucial for ensuring the successful execution and
oversight of the electrical components of the Sagamore BESS project.

2. What non-technical skills are necessary (i.e., such as communication, problem solving, team player)? Strong
communication, positive attitude. Highly collaborative.
3. Ideal candidate background and how many years required? See above. 7-10 years of experience/ electrical
inspector.

Are there any specific companies you like to see on a candidate's resume? Great to see previous EPC
experience from Mortenson, Blattner construction. Or owners' rep side experience; National Grid, Nexterra,
Duke Energy, etc.
5. Are there any certifications that the candidate must possess? OSHA 30, etc. would be nice to see. Not
required. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred. Looking for 7-10+ years of combined
experience in Electrical and Civil engineering.
6. Are there any preferred or "nice to have" skills?: Solar experience is nice to have
