Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the execution of overhead/underground construction duties.
  • Investigate and monitor accurate record keeping concerning project start, milestone dates, production logs, material costs, and labor expenditures.
  • Instruct work site safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings with the crew.
  • Support Specialists and leadership with project coordination.
  • Generate logs and reports on construction, projects, materials, and expenditures.
  • Review and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Monitor performance of the construction crew to established goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support, technical, or production staff.
  • Update job documentation and verify paths for quality control.
  • Act as the primary contractor interface in the field and liaison with Regional network Technicians.
  • Ensure new or upgraded power supply is operational prior to cut date.
  • Maintain overall responsibility for the quality of the NGAN product.
  • Expect to spend 90% of your time in the field.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
  • Proficiency in project management and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
