Pay Range: $107/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate project performance.
  • Analyze metrics to identify root causes of trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing on-site partner construction QA and QC teams.
  • Coordinate quality issues between design, construction, and facility operations teams.
  • Audit QA/QC activities of staff and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
  • Examine mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing submittals for quality assurance.
  • Review and approve quality documentation such as procedures, testing matrices, and checklists.
  • Attend factory witness tests and provide onsite inspections for construction quality control.
  • Assist in developing project-specific QA/QC dashboards and presentations.
  • Attend required construction meetings to ensure compliance with schedules
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 5+ years of data center/mission-critical construction QA/QC experience.
  • Strong MEP (mechanical/electrical) and commissioning knowledge.
  • Design-build project experience and QA/QC audits, testing, and documentation.
  • Experience in contractor/vendor management and root cause analysis.
  • Proficiency in BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred.
  • Experience leading QA/QC and commissioning programs.
  • Familiarity with civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
