CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - ST. LOUIS, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance
• Manage contracts, subcontractors, and procurement from negotiation through execution
• Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, staffing, and cost controls
• Handle risk assessment, change management, and compliance reviews
• Coordinate with engineering, field staff, and clients to maintain project success
• Ensure proper permitting, documentation turnover, and project closeout

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience with Water, Transmission, or Distribution projects preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Knowledge of permitting, compliance, and construction safety regulations
