Pay Range: $67 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities from pre-construction through project completion and warranty.
  • Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Manage client relationships, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, claims, and contract closeout.
  • Oversee RFP/bid processes, subcontractor selection, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure deliverables meet schedule and project requirements.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, permits, compliance, audits, and turnover.
  • Manage project staffing, labour, equipment, materials, and field resources.
  • Track project progress, earned value, schedule, changes, and financial performance.
  • Promote safety, quality, compliance, and effective communication across project teams and subcontractors.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 7+ years of construction project management EPC experience.
  • Equivalent experience may substitute for degree.
  • Strong experience in construction project management, scheduling, cost control, and document control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on construction project sites; industry experience in aviation, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, transportation, or utilities preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP and ability to meet driving requirements.
