Job Title:   Construction Project Manager 4
Location:  Charlotte , NC 
Salary Range:  $75/hr to $80/hr on W2 

Introduction

Join our team as a Construction Project Manager supporting our client's Energy Delivery organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with industry-leading utilities, contractors, and engineering partners while managing significant power infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of project management experience, including schedule management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and meeting leadership.
• 5 years of construction management experience, with expertise in field execution oversight, contractor coordination, construction progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
• 3 years of experience with electrical infrastructure or utility projects, including substations, transmission, distribution, utility coordination, energy infrastructure, or mission-critical facility projects.
• PMI or PMP certification.
• Experience supporting mission-critical facilities, data centers, energy infrastructure, industrial construction, or utility programs.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry is preferred.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and coordinate with utilities, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track schedules, milestones, action items, and risks.
• Review project documentation and conduct site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Provide leadership with status updates and offer onsite support during active construction.
