Location:  Phoenix, AZ
Salary Range:  $95/hr to $100/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Data Center Infrastructure & Technical knowledge
• Integration Program/Project Management
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Vendor & Construction Management
• Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records
