Salary Range:  $90/hr to $95/hr on W2 

Introduction

The Construction Integration Manager 3 is a self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. The selected candidate will have experience supporting large, multi-faceted data center or mission-critical construction programs and possess the judgment, communication skills, and organizational awareness necessary to operate effectively in a senior stakeholder environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, program coordination, or delivery of Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities.
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder construction programs.
• PMP certification.
• LEED certification.
• Data center or other mission-critical construction experience.
• Construction Health & Safety knowledge.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion when representing leadership.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist the Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) for the Client Abilene, TX site on matters related to the lease build, from lease execution through eventual handover to Client Data Center Operations.
• Serve as the ITIM Deputy and Designated Representative, representing the ITIM in meetings, stakeholder engagements, program coordination, and other activities as directed or delegated by the ITIM.
• Maintain broad program awareness on behalf of the ITIM, including scope, schedule, budget and cost impacts, change, risk, construction progress, stakeholder commitments, major decisions, dependencies, and operational readiness.
