·Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement robust CPQ and CLM solutions using the Conga platform within a Salesforce environment.
·Configuration & Customization: Configure Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and/or Conga CPQ to meet specific business requirements, including template design, data mapping, and workflow automation.
·Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Conga products, Salesforce, and other business applications (e.g., ERP systems).
·Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements and upgrades.
·Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other development teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
·Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to end-users and administrators.
Required Skills & Qualifications
·Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience working with the Conga suite (Composer, CLM, CPQ).
·Platform Expertise: Strong experience with the Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, configuration, customization).
·Technical Skills: Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and an understanding of APIs for integration purposes.
