ERP Specialist

Concept2, a global market leader in the design and manufacture of fitness ergometers and composite racingoars, is seeking a solutions-oriented ERP Specialist. Working closely with our ERP Lead, this position will support the daily operation and continued global implementation of ourAbas ERP system.Successful Concept2 employees combine self-sufficiency and personal accountability with strong teamwork skills. 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Provide functional and technical support forAbas ERP users across global operations  

• Troubleshoot system and business-process issues  

• Assist with ERP configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and improvements  

• Support implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, training, and post-launch support  

• Partnergloballywithteams across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and customer service  

• Develop andmaintain reports, documentation, procedures, and training materials  

• Support user access, permissions, master data, and data quality  

• Coordinate with ERP vendors and outside technical partners as needed 
   

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies 

• 3-5years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing an ERP system  

• Experience withAbas ERP strongly preferred  

• Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, sales, or finance processes  

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills  

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical users  

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and locations  

• Experience with integrations and coding 

• Experience with JAVA or Groovy is a plus 

• Ability to travel occasionally  

Compensation for this position consists of a salary range of $70,000-$100,000, depending on experience, plus participation in a quarterly variable wage program that is based on company and employee performance, which adds significantly to total compensation.
